Kenny, I apologize for not writing sooner. With all the activity taking place in my house these days, and with all the mistakes that seem to come with a renovation project, I neglected to write a thank you for your assistance with my house/kitchen makeover.

Your kind manner, helpful suggestions and patience went a long way in making a project that seemed overwhelming much more manageable and pleasant.

Just a quick note to thank you for the service and attention you provided. Also to let you know that the granite countertops look great. The installers (Mario and Marco) were great, very friendly and professional. I was gladly surprised when I saw the excellent job done in the seam. You can hardly tell that there is a seam joining the two pieces. It looks like one whole piece of stone! What can I say, but that the entire experience was worth it.

I want to let you know how very pleased my husband and I have been with each and every person we dealt with at Granite Outlet. We just love our wonderful new kitchen and the beautiful granite! The overall experience was so pleasant and it is because of the wonderful staff you employ.

Finally, I want to let you know that the team of men that arrived from Granite Outlet to install our granite on March 29, 2006 headed by Abdi Cardone were just amazing. They were extremely careful when carrying the heavy large pieces of granite into our home, did not disturb any of the fresh paint on the walls and even re-mixed the caulking because the first shade they mixed didn't quite match our granite! Needless to say, we will highly recommend your company to all our friends who may want new countertops. Your company has a beautiful, large selection of top of the line granite colors and quality and everyone was friendly and helpful. Your pieces are also very reasonable.
